Glenn Adams is a Certified Public Accountant (NC & SC).  Glenn also serves on the architectural review committee.  Glenn will be happy to assist with any lot review issues as well as property closings.  Where owner financing is provided, Glenn handles all amortization and details necessary to provide full disclosure for all installment sales.

ASHLEY PLACE PATIO HOMES (44 lots left):

In addition to Harold and Glenn from the Ashley Park subdivision,  Bobby J. Tate is an Unlimited Licensed General Contractor (NC) and a partner in the patio home venture.  Bob has had numerous patio home experiences with Wexford and Hoffman Place patio home subdivisions in Gastonia, NC.  Bob brings a degree of expertise to the project to make the final product a very outstanding addition to the housing potential of the Bessemer City area.
