Web Changes This is where we'll announce the most recent additions to our web site. If you've visited us before and want to know what's changed, take a look here first. We have provided and intend to keep up-to-date the plats of each subdivision so you can see the lots that have been sold.  We have elected to not mark pending sales until settlement is made.  You may find in certain circumstances that the location you prefer has already been spoken for (we utilize the 'first-come; first-served' approach).
